On Monday, a fresh menu is ready: seven real recipes, curated by the smart planner that knows your taste — vegetarian-leaning, short trips, the things you really enjoy.

Via WhatsApp, you help choose: swap an evening, remove something, share requests in the chat — the plan adapts before anything is bought anywhere.

What you get back is a plan for seven evenings. Each evening has a dish, an ingredient list with quantities for your household, a realistic time estimate, and steps that work without a kitchen dictionary. The dishes are chosen to fit together: what's left over one evening reappears the next.

The plan is a suggestion, not a timetable. You can swap things, skip an evening, or combine two dishes. If you notice a dish doesn't fit your everyday life, say so in the chat – the next plan will follow suit. The sample weekly plan shows what that looks like.

The plan turns into a basket at REWE — with exactly the ingredients, portioned correctly for your household. You open it, check items and prices, and order with one click; delivery comes to your door, and the time slot can be scheduled.

It contains only what's missing: onions you already have at home don't go in twice.

Your fridge isn't a rival to the plan; it's part of it: send us a list or simply a photo of your fridge, pantry, or vegetable drawer — a voice message is enough too. Whatever you have goes in first; the half can of coconut milk from last Sunday reappears during the week.

That's why we buy fewer duplicates and throw away less — plannable for the week, easy on your wallet.

Nothing. Fettunta is free — there's no subscription, no trial period that turns into a contract, and no minimum term. You only pay what you'd pay for groceries at REWE anyway.

How that works is down to the affiliate link: if you buy through this link, we receive a commission from the retailer. The price in the basket stays the same. If you don't buy through the link, you get the same plan — just without a commission for us.

You give us a mobile number and the content of your messages. The number is stored on a server in Germany and is used only to send you the plan and reply to your messages. We do not sell data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not send newsletters. If you want to stop, write “stop” – we will then delete your number and chat history to the extent it is stored with us. Orders placed with REWE are subject to REWE’s own privacy policy.

You send us your number using the form on the homepage. We’ll get in touch via WhatsApp, ask two or three questions, and send you your first plan. Best on a Sunday evening before the week begins – but you can join at any time.
